After the work submission deadline (Monday 9th January 2012), students’ work will be evaluated and invitations will be sent out after Monday 23rd January 2012. All students invited to an Open Day will be able to apply for a contribution from the UKIE fund towards their travel expenses for attending. It will be administered on an honour basis to ensure that those in the most need of support will be able to receive funding and that the money is shared out in as fair a way as possible. More details will be shared with attendees once invites have been issued.
