Join the team providing an analytics dashboard to drill down through the game telemetry captured in real-time. Help us to deliver interactive visualizations such as heat maps and funnel analysis tools to prove that any statistics are only as good as the reports.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid grounding in terms of their web development skills and also exhibit a good working knowledge of design, web and user-interface design principles. Also essential is the desire to be a part of the overall design process. This is a multi disciplinary role that requires high levels of creativity, self-motivation and professionalism.

Duties Below is a non-exhaustive list of the Company's expectations of a Front End Web Developer. Whilst the job holder may focus and specialise in one particular area below, they are expected to have knowledge of all areas and be able to provide support or cover as required.
Web Design
- Initial web design wireframes created to a good standard, to the provided brief with both design and functionality considered.
- Redesign and problem-solving to requirements of each project as required
Web Production
- Knowledge of AJAX, HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Some backend database skills using Python, PHP and MySQL.
- Good knowledge of the web environment.
- A high standard of spelling and grammar plus attention to detail.
Essentials
- Web Production – Awareness of all the latest web production techniques and standards including AJAX, HTML5, CSS 3, object-oriented Javascript and libraries such as jQuery.
- Multi-tasking – A willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously in an often pressurised, creative and time sensitive environment.
- Team Player - A self-motivated team player who is open minded and conscientious with proven track record of thriving under pressure in a team orientated environment. The ability to evaluate and act on feedback and ideas from multiple sources within the company is a core skill. Working effectively as part of a team by collaborating with engine and tool developers, designers and managers is vital to this position.
Beneficial Qualities
- Experience of Python script, SQL database administration and queries is preferred.
- Ability to effectively debug and troubleshoot pages using tools such as Firebug or Chrome.
- Knowledge, appreciation and application of primary graphic design principles including layout geometry, visual arts and typography.
- Working knowledge of the following packages: Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar vector-based art package.
