Senior programmers must possess a very high standard of programming skills and exhibit the ability to make very good technical judgements. They should be capable of setting the standards that other programmers aspire to. Senior programmers should have a proven ability to create systems suitable for triple-A products. They have great organisational, scheduling and mentorship skills. Overall, senior programmers are expected to take a higher level of responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of code on their project.

Following on from the successful launch of Kumo Lumo on iOS we are looking for programmers to work with creative teams developing new IP at the studio across multiple platforms from iOS, Android through desktop to console. Candidates will need to be enthused about working closely with others in an agile creative team environment and applying their skills across the board from game play to graphics and connecting to cloud services. This is a great opportunity to be involved in innovative new titles.

This is an opportunity to join the team developing BlitzTech tools delivering industry leading game development tools with unparalleled flexibility to target multiple platforms and genres. The whole pipeline is covered from asset management through placement and scripting to build process and live in-game editing. The tools are developed using some of the latest techniques to combine the performance of C++ native implementation with Python and HTML5 based user interfaces.

Expected to work closely with both audio and technical departments to ensure that the audio desires and expectations of the project are realised while remaining within any technical constraints of the runtime and tools.
