For advice on preparing a demo please visit
GameON.

- Professional attitude and work ethic.
- Thorough approach to problem solving and able to function independently when required.
- Needs to be comfortable working to deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
- A willingness and ability to learn is essential.

- Enthusiasm and knowledge of video games in general is an advantage.
All positions at Blitz Games Studios require real dedication and a passion for games as this is no ordinary office job. However, the right person can make an excellent career out of this opportunity and there will be scope for promotion for the right candidates.
Recruitment Agencies
Please note that Blitz works with a preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies which is reviewed from time to time. Blitz does not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies not on our preferred supplier list.
Interview procedure
Blitz conducts a two-stage interview process.
1st Stage
If your CV and demo work (if applicable) look suitable for a role within Blitz you will be invited to a short interview which will allow us to meet you and discuss the role in more depth and for you to learn more about the studio and the project.
2nd Stage
Successful candidates will be asked to attend a second interview. This lasts two days for development and management roles and one day for all other positions. Blitz will pay for all reasonable travel and 2 nights accommodation costs at this stage.
All applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of their application but due to the number of applications we are unable to enter into detailed advice for those that are not successful.
