Training Given
Our award-winning Blitz Academy is a unique and innovative strategy in the games industry. It is designed to plan, track, organise and deliver a wide variety of training utilising the broad knowledge base of our creative professionals.
The key aims of the Academy are to share knowledge, develop employees as trainers and encourage all staff to participate in structured training programmes designed to improve skills (creative, technical and interpersonal), morale and productivity.
