In its inaugural year, Philip Oliver, CEO and co-founder of Blitz Games Studios, was presented the TIGA Person of the Year Award for his significant and wide-ranging contribution to the UK games industry.

Developed in association with Framestore and Wieden + Kennedy, the Coca-Cola Polar Bowl won the Web / Viral award at the 2012 Australian Effects & Animation Festival.

SpongeBob Squarepants Creature from the Krusty Krab, developed by Blitz Games, won 'Favourite Videogame' in a poll of more than 40 million kids at the 20th annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.

Blitz Games won the West Midlands ICT Excellence in Skills Award in recognition of its great work in creating the Blitz Academy, the company's internal personal development and skills sharing initiative.

Blitz was the regional winner of the Edge Awards 2007, winning a prize for further investment into training and development of young people.

Blitz picked up its first ever Develop Industry Excellence Award, in the Business Development category, the first year Blitz have been nominated for these prestigious industry awards.

BK's advertising agency Crispin, Porter & Bogusky picked up yet another award for the BK Games campaign - Titanium Grand Prix Award at the Cannes International Advertising Festival.

Crispin, Porter & Bogusky, the Miami-based advertising agency, collected a prestigious Gold Clio Award for the Burger King Xbox Games campaign developed by Blitz Games.

Blitz Games' co-founder and CEO Philip Oliver won the 'Best Industry Player' Award at the annual TIGA Awards. This is given each year to the TIGA member who is felt to have made the biggest individual contribution to the industry in the past year. It's voted for by the other members within the UK making this a significant award to have won.

The Employer of Choice Award for the Warwickshire area went to Blitz Games for all of their work that goes into creating a fun, creative and friendly working environment.

The Award is held in high regard within the game development community and clearly demonstrates a level of respect for the contributions made by Blitz Games since its formation 15 years ago.

Winners of the inaugural Application of Technology Award at this year's Birmingham Screen Festival. The Award celebrates innovative and creative application of technology in the screen media and was given to Blitz for their rendering technology created for The Fairly OddParents.

Announced as Developer of the Year for 2003 at the annual TIGA Awards. The results were compiled by the developer trade body from votes by the TIGA members.
